We are conveniently located in Totum Lake, right off the exit on 116th or 124th, close to Totum Lake shopping area of Whole Foods and other stores and restaurants.
Our scheduling, charting and email systems are hosted by state of art companies and are all HIPPA compliant.  
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. There will be a fee for late cancellations and missed appointments (excepting emergencies).
