Insurance
We are in network with: Aetna, Regence, Premera, United Health, Community Health Plan of Washington, Veteran's Choice. We also accept personal injury insurance from motor vehicle accidents.
We are out of network with other insurance carriers. However many plans have out of network coverage (some Regence Plans and Group Health PPO plans.) In those cases we would provide a superbill for your reimbursement or bill the plans out of network for you.
We offer a discount off insurance rates for time of service payments and provide a receipt or superbill. You could use HSA card to pay for the service.
1st visit: $110
Return visit: $90
We accept cash, check and credit card payments.
